The young team members were playing at the counter, one member even called the other a name for using the wrong ingredient base- two members looked at me standing at the counter however they did not greet me or acknowledge that I was obviously waiting to order, a third team member came out from the back and didn’t ask me if I needed help until the second time she came around and saw me- but then seemed slightly annoyed by questions about the drink i was struggling to order (menu isn’t exactly descriptive). They weren’t malicious, just a bit impolite with an absence of professionalism in the service provided.. and unfortunately the drink wasn’t all that great either. I did notice from observation that they closed shortly after I ordered, so that may have had a lot to do with it- but that wasn’t communicated- I know from experience it can be provoking to take an order while closing up, so u probably wouldn’t have ordered if they mentioned that to me- but still, overall, not a...

I should of got her name but unfortunately I didnt. I was having a rough day at work and on my way home I decided to go for a drink where I felt bad customer service was given. I placed my order. The girl with green hair asian asked my name to put my drink on it and I stated it was Caprice. She said oh Caprice sun. Then on top of that when my drink was ready her additional co worker Caucasian girl laughs and says Caprice sun. I handed my debit card where it stated my name and sun was not listed. Why do you ask for name when someone hands you a card just copy what it says. I found that to be very rude especially when she was laughing. I went in 12/28/16 around 7:45pm. I actually didn't say something which is not like me due to me being on a visit with a peer and was humiliated. I felt this was very unprofessional. This is a very bad experience. I often come back here with my colleagues to buy things to eat. I feel very satisfied with the previous service and food. I'm going shopping to eat today. I asked for the mall employee discount, and the waiter told me there was no discount. I feel very confused. Because nordstrom and macy's colleagues often come here. So I challenged him.
