The store is nice and clean and have many products that you won’t see in other stores. I never had issues here but I want to say the girl at the register with glasses and brown hair is rude. I’m not sure if it’s discrimination or the way I look but she will greet the person in front of me and greet the person who was after me. First time visiting and I was amazed by how many items they had (they even had a claw machine) ! Everything was neat and even had a nice display of their figures. My only gripe is the customer service. While I spent 10 minutes in the store, I noticed that none of the staff would greet or talk to any of the customers, two of the workers were even conversing with eachother the whole time I was in the store. I was at this store recently and the staff their is extremely polite and professional. Their merchandise is stellar which is a dream for any diehard anime fans.
