P&B Art Gallery and Tattoo Studio — Local services in Bremen Township

I had an appointment for today at 5pm. I booked it two weeks in advance and the person who scheduled it only wrote it down on a piece of paper and gave me a paper receipt for my deposit. I should have taken that as a sign because that’s a pretty outdated form of scheduling to use but everyone has their preferences. I told the artist what I wanted - a small, two word tattoo in honor of my mother who had just passed away a few months ago. It likely would’ve taken all of 30-45 minutes to complete, no longer than an hour. I told him what I wanted and why so he knew it was a special tattoo to me, not to mention my first one! Also, I wanted to get this tattoo before my birthday, which is in 5 days but now I have to find someone else. I pull up a few minutes before 5 and the door is locked. I call right at 5 thinking they are in the back or maybe keep the door locked until a client comes in. I call at 5 and it’s basically like “oh you had the 5pm appointment. My bad. Completely forgot. I had a lot going on.” Like I am the person that hates to have her time and money wasted. Obviously I did receive my deposit back but I will not get my time back and now I have to find another shop that has openings in the next few days that works with my schedule. I also already picked out a second tattoo that I planned on getting done at this shop but I will take my business elsewhere. At the bare minimum, if this person wants to improve on professionalism, they should have a booking system and use it and also take customer contact information in the event they, the tattoo artist, can no longer make the appointment and have a means to contact the customer. I’m sure based on other reviews that their work is probably good but the professionalism clearly is lacking and overall left...

Audry is the absolute best! She was worth the wait! Her studio is immaculately clean, she is absolutely one of the most caring and thoughtful tattoo artists & somehow remembers even little personal stories from my visit there two years ago! Today I got done a beautiful mermaid as she is working on my ocean sleeve. Pictures to come after it heals up! Audrey is an AMAZING color artist! She is a fun person with a warm sole and a light touch with the tattoo gun. Hours go by easy with Audrey. She is a great conversationalist and very engaging. She is also an intrepid entrepreneur who also owns a Tea House. Her wait list is over a year long but try her anyways... Maybe you will...
