Read moreAll I can say is if it had not been for my server Katie❤🤦♀️, I would have asked for a refund on everything except the top shelf margarita and that great steak❤( 8 once filet mignon) I had. It was sooooo super disappointing for for because I had waited so long to get back to my favorite restaurant. Thursday and Friday were very special occasions for me, a birthday and anniversary back to back. I waited for today to celebrate it here, at this location and all for a major disappointment. I am a foodie and look forward to each food experience I encounter. I wish I had not put this location to come back to in my gps. It's okay though.. . NOT. My lobster tail meat was not fully cooked and it smelled, the butters for the lobster and garlic butter toping for the steak were cold. Katie had to reheat the garlic butter for me. My loaded mash potatoes were also cold however, i did not say anything to Katie about that. I also ordered a small add on of so called hot wings. . I simply couldn't. For me, they had no real flavor of any kind of hot wing or even buffalo wings i had tasted. The manager did take those items off my bill ( the lobster tail and the small side of so called "hot wings") however he never offered too much of anything else BUT im okay with that also. Thank you Katie for all of your service and your attempts as my server, to "make it right" and thank you to the bartender whom made my Top Shelf Margarita. It was good AND I tasted the alcohol without having to send it back😉. This place looks okay inside and out but there is a lot to be desired regarding the food service...
Read moreMompreneur was here! This is my first visit since 20 years ago so I didn't know what to expect.
The parking lot was packed with cars so I thought once in, there would be a serious wait time although full capacity. However, we were able to get seated after 10-15 minutes which was great! The atmosphere was very inviting--seeing so many families out enjoying family time, talking laughing and eating. This was so great to see!
We had a great booth location and everyone from the host to the waitress to the servers were so accommodating, friendly and quick with servicing.
The portion sizes were decent and the food was tasty. With it being busy, I just thought there may be some issues.
Appetizer: Bloomin' Onion it was fresh out the cooking oil and didn't rest to drain so it was a little oily. I could only eat a little. However, the fresh pumpernickel bread roll made up for it! How delicious with a touch of sweetness and whipped butter!
Entree: Bloomin Fried Chicken was very good with a good flavor!
Vegetables were cooked to a perfection with a touch of butter sauce
Loaded baked potato was fresh and I couldn't even start it. I was already full.
To top the meal off, you must try the strawberry lemonade. Deeelicious! Fresh cuts of small strawberries and lemons at the bottom. There are no refills. However, you won't need it. One is enough because they give you a talk glass.
Would I return here? Absolutely. Next time, I definitely would try the prime rib sandwich.
As always...Mompreneur Gwen giving her real...
