Swing Set Mall — Local services in Bremerton

First off let me say that I understand things have been crazy for playground companies with COVID. I ordered a slide on May 17th and at the time they said 3-5 weeks shipping (their website posted this and I called and confirmed this before ordering). That deadline got delayed multiple times. Their customer service did stay in touch with me and let me know every time there was a delay and i appreciate that. Once the slide finally shipped, the freight company held it in their warehouse and was not sure when they would get it out. They had a scheduled delivery date of 8/5 and after bugging them multiple times they finally got it to me on 8/14. I honestly have to say that i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product (5 foot spiral slide). The pieces do not fit together very well and one of the screws will not tighten even though the head of the screw is far from the slide. With the screw unable to tighten the slide is unusable.

I think this company has great customer service, I am just very disappointed in the product. I have reached out to them with my concerns and will update this with their response.

UPDATE: They recommended that I reach out to the supplier to troubleshoot. I reached out to the supplier and they were very easy to work with. Without question, they decided to send me a new section of the slide for the piece that was not fitting. It did take another 1.5 weeks for this to come but once it showed up it fit very well and the slide fits together much better. I updated my review to 4 stars because they do have good customer service and after getting a new piece, the slide does fit together now. The swing set is absolutely wonderful! We installed it according to instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow. It is a massive swing set so it took a few people to get it up completely but now it is working great! Our son has autism and is 27 years old. As you can imagine, he can totally mangle a swing set made for a child, as he is 6'1" and 220 pounds.
