Was really excited to see a Bremerton location open up but was disappointed. The low-carb smoothie I ordered off the menu didn’t match what I was given. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but they refused to remake it and instead told me they made it differently at this specific location regardless of what the website and in-store menu says. Also the lack of music combined with employees on their phones made it an awkward place to even wait for drinks. Can't say it enough.. I'm so EXCITED!! Having EMC right down the road from work is the best! I worked at one back in '08 while on college and frequented the one in Gig Harbor when I worked out there... I love knowing that the recipes haven't changed. Snacks are the same and I didn't know how much I missed ABC cookies! My go to smoothie is Sambazon with Bee Sure! Mildly sweet and creamy and such a great pick me up while helping my immune system. The ladies are all so nice and always smiling. Please...

The smoothies here are honestly good. But the biggest downside is the wait time. Every time I’ve come in, there’s only one person working, even during busy hours. It doesn’t make sense for a business with such high demand to not have at least one more staff member helping out. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes for a smoothie more than once, and that’s a dealbreaker for me when I’m in a rush. Great product, but the poor staffing seriously hurts...
