Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Brenham

I've purchased a phone for my mother and I'm African American and have been trying to get into the account because my mother is 78 and in a nursing facility. The young Hispanic curly hair put my mother account under someone else when she was supposed to be putting it under my brother's account. But instead she put it under someone else name that she knows pocket the money.. now we have to buy a new phone just so my mother could have a phone. When my mother name don't sound like Alonzo Gonzales.. But I will be going to the store tomorrow and will allow her to fix it or I'll go over her head. To get something done. It's sad that you have people like this in a store to take advantage of good people. So just think about it, it's been a ton of people who accounts were active under someone else. Then you couldn't use the account because she never gave information because of what she was trying to do... I'm disappointed in metro for allowing people like this with scamming people out of service...

I am so glad I visited this store today. I have never met a more outstanding and outgoing person then Byron. He answered every question and concern that I had. I am not going to lie I was kind of upset going in there today but, he was so helpful in relieving my frustrations today. He knows exactly what customer service is. You can not go wrong with visiting this store and speaking with Byron. You will leave feeling eased and definitely understand...
