Went yesterday to get my nails done on 12/7/23. Walked in around noon and asked if they had a tech who does nail art with. A lady named Leah said yes, told her I would return at 1 after dropping my daughter off at work. Returned back, and Leah attended to me. Once again, I asked if she did nail are, and she said yes and proceeded to do my nails. She did a lot of rhinestones with no design. When i mentioned to her that the rhinstone had to be redone because they were slipping off, she said no, it was ok. After paying $110 , I went outside to see what was done and saw the horror she had created. I went back in and told her that they looked horrible and needed them redone. She said she couldn't at that time to come back at 5. Mind you, I don't even live in Brenham. She said, "Come back tomorrow. I explained to her I was leaving the following morning out of state for my husband's Christmas party. I was so upset and in tears. I called my husband and asked him to please call them and get the managers or owners number. He said at first the tech refused to give him the number after not budging she finally did. New to this place and no one greeted me when i walked in. The new owner finally noticed me and shooed me away because she was on the phone, I guess with her blue tooth on. I was pointed towards a chair. A man named Jon was doing my pedicure. He did not have much to say to me until after he cut my toe with the clippers. He proceeded to tell me in 10 years he has never cut anyone. I guess that makes me unlucky. I requested a band aid. When Jon went to put it on, he said, "I am not a Dr. you know." I went there for my nails not a Dr. Duh! The male owner came over and looked but came back later and apologized. He cut my toe pretty good and did not even get a discount or anything but sorry. First time I went was amazing..these past two times were awful. First the lady told me there was no pink powder for acrylic!? And to choose another color so I did..she cut the nails but didnt check to see if they match the opposite finger,(so different lengths) after applying the powder coat she didnt file any of it down or around the cuticle! So they are bumpy,uneven and look thick around the cuticle! Also a nail popped off(tried telling me that's normal) without force 5days after so I went back to have them fix it...they tried telling me only one lady works on nails and I must've gone somewhere else..seriously I had to show the receipt so I could get my nail fixed...very disappointed in customer service and quality.will not be...
