Usually love this place better than others and follow the laws. Purchased some delta recently and the older woman working was very combative about things, argued about everything that was sale and business related. The owner is great he works with you and is honest, the younger woman who I think is a manager as well though the older woman told me she wasn’t a manager, it got confusing and left me in a state today the least, never been treated like that in any of these shops even the real shady ones in other places…

🤷‍♂️ idk I like some of their stuff but that really left a sour feeling inside 🤷‍♂️ sorry owner for the one ⭐️ but that’s my feelings about how business at this moment was handled the shop and other employees are great and welcoming, keep up the good work...

Horrible customer service. It was 15 min before closing and the shorter older lady was running us and another guy out of the store. Telling the other guy “we are closed in seconds. So hurry up and get what you need and get out”. Not to mention didn’t have what we needed for my device when that’s where I brought it from. Then another guy came in that she knew and asked for an “IOU” and he handed him the product and told him to come back tomorrow to pay for it.VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I WILL NOT be returning to this store again. GET BETTER!!! GET RID OF THAT GRUMP. AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO DOESNT MIND WORKNG THEIR SHIFT AND IS WILLING TO BE CUSTOMER...

This is THE best vape shop I’ve ever been to and Mel is the sweetest lady you’d ever hope to meet! First time I came in she welcomed me and made me feel like her most prized customer lol! Let me try a million different flavors and helped me narrow it down, let me take my time, explained things, gave a discount, I could go on and on. I need to quit vaping lol but it’s hard to now that I’ve found such an incredible little shop that treats its customers so kindly....
