Horrible experience today! I have had a few different vape styles before, and had came into Smoketronix by recommendation. I knew exactly what item I wanted. I started a conversation with the clerk (who obviously had no idea about the products carried.) I told him I was looking for something in-between the disposables and the bigger mods, he was of no help at this point and told me to just do my research before deciding. I asked if they carried the Smok V2 pen, he said no. So I continued to browse on my own realizing he would be of no help. I actually found the exact vape pen I was looking the Smok vape pen V2 kit on the bottom shelf. Said here it is right here, as he just stood at the register. I said this is the one I want three times before he ever came over to get it, and I was the only customer in the store.
