Line policy is unfair, numbers are already pre determined, same 10 people go in first week after week after week. You have no real chance at the big items because same 10 people grab it all before you can get in there. The manager has proclaimed it “his universe “, he is not friendly, speaks very condescending to people, and yells constantly. Not a pleasant, unfair shopping experience. Do they have good deals, yeah if your one of the first lines in, but like me, you won’t be. Recently, they had a Xbox there, 3/24/23, the employee Jeanine placed another employee in front of all the customers who had been waiting 2 hours. The employee was picked 6Th , to be second in line 2, guess who went straight to the Xbox and got it??? Yup, then they posted a picture of some other person who not the one who got the Xbox on their Facebook page. Ignored people waiting to be told where to stand completely, and very obvious. The school yard line pick system is a way for them to pick their friends, family, and employees first. Here’s a suggestion where ya bin, if you want your employee to have the item, or if you’d employee wants something, just let them buy it first, don’t even let the public know it was there. A lot of people knew that Xbox was there( not me, I found out prior to opening), they wanted it, but it went to a employee. And amazingly enough, the number generator is BS, they know the line sequence ahead of time, them mashing buttons is a dog and pony show, how else did the employee get picked 2nd in line to the first line going in, because she had yo get to that Xbox. See folks, unless your their friend, buddy, or family member, or employee, you have NO REAL shot at any of the high ticket merchandise.FACT!!! Proven again last Friday! 3/24/2023! FACT! Can’t believe I have to leave at least...
Read moreStopped in today and I had my toddler in a stroller. I was stopped once inside and told strollers weren't allowed which was fine and I understood. I put my toddler in the cart there and asked if it was okay to bring my tushbaby baby carrier in that was under the stroller in the cart while I was shopping. They stored my stroller in the office and gave me permission to keep my carrier in the cart. I only brought it in case my toddler wanted me to hold him. At checkout there was an older lady who seemed annoyed that me and my friend had our things in a cart together. We told her what item was whose and she proceeded to try to charge me for my tushbaby. I explained to her that it was mine and I came in with it. She proceeded to check me out and then went and got my stroller from the office. I then started transferring my things I bought into my stroller to take out to my car. She came over again and grabbed my carrier and accused me of stealing this item. I told her I had a receipt for this item I have had for 2 years that had visible signs of wear. She argued with me that it was empty. Which I didn't understand how that was relevant. I was like yes my toddler isn't currently in it and it's not a purse. I told her I carry a purse so there was nothing in my carrier pockets because I didn't need to put my things in there and my toddler didn't need to be held at the moment. I told her it was an expensive carrier and it was mine and she finally left me alone and walked off. The whole experience was so off putting. This lady was trying to literally take my expensive item from me. It was so annoying and unnecessary. She also tried to charge my friend with the wrong number of items. Not sure if it's worth a trip back. Press and...
Read moreI am writing to you as a previous customer regarding an incident that occurred at your store in Pensacola, Florida. I would like to express my disappointment with the way my friends and I were treated during our shopping experience.
While we were in the store, we were informed by other customers that we could use an already empty box to put our items in and check out. However, we were not approached by any of the store workers to inform us that this was not allowed. When we reached the register, we were confronted by a group of workers and the manager who accused us of stealing and forced me to purchase all the items at once, despite them being separate transactions. Additionally, they took away the boxes that were holding our items.
It was mentioned that we were red flagged when we entered the store and were being watched the entire time. If this was the case, it would have been appropriate for the workers to inform us at the beginning that using the boxes was not allowed. I believe this is a clear case of discrimination and negligence on the part of the store.
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me back regarding this matter, as I am looking for a resolution to this issue. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to seek legal action.
Thank you for your time...
