Chillum Road Shopping Center — Local services in Brentwood

This shopping center would be more convenient if it had more stores in it. I've been living in the area on and off again for about 22 years and I'm noticed this shopping center always has 2 or 3 spots available for rent. this shopping center faces the less busy of a super congested main road, even though it wouldn't be easy to spot at a first glance, it isn't exactly difficult to miss given the proper marketing to the spot... I guess no one care though. Anyway, You can find some really good KFC, a hair supply and a loud and obnoxious Hispanic store that took over what used to be Shopper's. There's also a laundromat and a U'Haul, a Walmart would probably do awesome there since there's so many apartments less than...

I go to the CVS in this shopping center.

I used to visit the Save-a-Lot before it closed. Rumors swirl around this location.

Primary, imo,... because the folks at the DC line ... haven't decided if they want to include this ( " zone " ) in the gentrification bubble.

Meanwhile...unless you just want to run in to pick up something. Avoid the 'Family Dollar " in this shopping center.

They don't CARE, about customers, floors look dirty. Shelves sticky...., not stocked... To say it's disorganized is kind. ( the employees are sorta like the store? Don't care?)

this experience was not ok for me. Me, my daughter, 2 grandkids went in Dollar store around 7 pm on a Sunday. The associate was sweeping the floor.
