Super Japan — Restaurant in Maryland

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Placed an order through Ubereats and literally not even 5 minutes later i called to add another item to the meal. The lady was so rude and was just very adamant about adding the meal to the order. She then tells me that the Uber was already outside with my food so that is why she can't add it. When i looked online it said my food was still being prepared and won't be ready for another 26 minutes. When I mentioned that to her she clicked on me and when i called back she ignored the phone twice so i had to call from another number. When she answers i tell her i was speaking to someone and they hung up on me and she tried to lie saying that it wasn't her and i recognized her voice and told her you're the one i was speaking to i can tell. Then very rude and disrespectful she goes " OK so what you want" when i repeated to her she goes " i already told you we cant your uber is outside" this was already about 10 minutes after i had originally called. I then called back to speak to the manager and she responded "we don't have that here" If i can give them negative starts i would. The lady in charge of answering the phone and handling the cashier really needs to be fired or at least put somewhere that she doesn't interact with customers because she is HORRIBLE. Can you all please stop basing your reviews off of door dash, uber eats and delivery services. That's not fair to the business or the employees there. They work with you so well when you're there and if something is off, it may have been the app. If you were charged more than in person, it is solely on the app. Not them. Delivery services have their own prices and ALWAYS up the prices. That is why I dont use delivery apps. So everyone should ignore reviews based on price differences on the apps. The apps also limit special orders. As in "you cannot get things special ordered on apps requested." Please keep that in mind before making reviews.

I was a regular here. I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves hibachi! They're always kind and always get my order just right! Try the yum yum sauce with your hibachi meal. It's so good. Remember to tip!...

I ordered food here, before and after I placed my order, I told them that I would be right back. So when I came back I gave the cashier my ticket and she couldn't find my food. Apparently they gave it away. So I told the cashier to refund my money or give me another entree, but she refused. I had to threaten to call the police, just to get a refund on food I never recieved. As soon as I said I was going to call the police, the manager came out from the back and refunded me my money. This restaurant is very petty towards its customers, and truth be told there rice is never fresh and there chicken taste old.
