Very bad experience with this store although it is one of my favorites but I purchased 2 items , I requested to return back as I didn’t use it and it’s in excellent condition with tags on it , They said no as they will lose money if they will 🙂which shows how they are pushy sales , I requested a store credit as I know it’s 3 weeks past due as we were out of town for vacation. The receipt shows old policy not updated since 2020 and the lady over there with out our permission when we showed her the fault that they had on the receipt she quickly got a pen and changed it . I've shopped here often over the years and have always had a great customer experience, but I had to leave a review on how sweet and helpful Jordan and Rylee were. From the moment I stepped in, they really went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect outfits for my anniversary trip to Vegas with my husband. In addition to the great customer service by Jordan and Rylee, Fabrik really is a one stop shop when it comes to the types of clothes and accessories they offer. I was able to find outfits for every occasion (a comfy outfit for the day, a formal dress for the Adele concert, casual/cute dress for dinner, etc.) They helped me find everything I needed in less than hour....

I have shopped fab'rik once or twice before and love their cute stuff. Today I stopped by the Brentwood store looking for a particular item. The gals were super helpful and friendly. When they didn't have exactly what I needed, they suggested where else I might look and they were right! I'll stop in again to when I need some fun clothes. ...
