I have been going to to this location for years and I've always had a great experience. I recently wanted my boyfriend to have the same experience. We decided to try the cold plunge/sauna room which was for 60 minutes. Our appt was at 1:00 and we walked out of PSF at 2:12 (including paying for the appt after we were finished). When the timer went off in the room, we rinsed off and got dressed. Upon exiting the woman working with standing outside the door saying we needed to get out. My boyfriend was ready to go but I was literally tying my shoes. She said, "When that timer goes off, you've got to get out!" It had been less than 10 minutes since the timer went off. I was expecting to see someone in the waiting room, waiting to get into this room, and I was prepared to apologize to them but when we walked out, there was literally no one in the waiting room. I was so confused. You go to a place like this for the full euphoria experience, and in that split 10 seconds of her standing outside the door and saying that to us, that feeling of relaxation and zen was completely zapped. I had gotten a gift card for sauna sessions for a Mother's Day gift. After a lousy experience with the sauna visit I converted over the rest for a float. Now mind you, I had no idea what to expect when we got there but this girl was a wealth of info, took her time showing us everything and answered any and all questions like a champ!! She gave us some tips, what to do, not to do and all while smiling and being patient. Her passion and love of her job shown thru brightly!    Read moreI have always enjoyed coming here previously, but recently had a very disappointing experience with this business through ClassPass. They repeatedly canceled my reservation at various times without explanation, despite availability showing on the app. After the third time I attempted to rebook, I received a text where I was told that weekends were now blocked for members. This wasn’t reflected on ClassPass. If the system isn’t functioning correctly, they should consider removing themselves from the platform until it’s resolved. This lack of communication and accountability is poor customer service.
