I want to commend the owner, Alfredo, on his dedication to good quality customer service. I placed an order online (third party service) for the office. I called Mooyah after about an hour to make sure all was well with the order and spoke with the store manager, Annie. She informed me that a delivery driver had not shown up and the food was just sitting there getting cold. She made a call to inquire about getting a driver, and a driver showed up shortly after. Annie told me to call her if we had any further issues, and to let her know when the food arrived. So over 20 minutes goes by, mind you we are three minutes away from Mooyah, and still no food. I called back and let her know that we still had not received the food. I asked that the order be made again and I would just come pick it up. She insisted that we let them remake the order and have someone from their team personally deliver the food. She advised me that if the third party delivery driver did eventually show up, to throw the order away since it would no longer have been good to eat.

The remade food arrived 12 minutes later, hot and fresh and neatly packaged. What's best is that the owner himself delivered it to us! He was very apologetic for the experience and ensured us that we won't need to deal with that again - he gave us his contact info and welcomed us to get in touch with him for future orders. It took over an hour and a half to get our lunch, but I am very thankful for how the Mooyah team handled the situation. I highly recommend them - and the food...
