Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath — Local services in Brentwood

We chose Karr Bick in large part due to their assurance to work within our budget, among other reasons. We paid a retainer and scheduled a contractor to begin work eight months out. Then, proposals for materials included NO consideration for our budget. This was not a 10-15% miss, but rather a 30-40% miss! Several months passed before we realized that our budget was not able to be met. Further adding to our extreme disappointment and frustration, Karr Bick has refused to refund our retainer (which would have been applied towards the cost of the project).
