I think the St. Louis Wellness Center is Great! I attend therapy there and so far it was been a life changing experience. I will continue to go and see through to try and fix the problems at hand. I am also doing Neurofeedback Therapy. It has only been a couple sessions so I have yet to find any measurable changes, but it is definitely a unique and interesting experience. I love the fact that my neuro therapist can bascially scan my brain and get a biofeedback of it to see what sorts of problems I have and then display them on a graph and explain what things means and so forth. Read moreThe Sauna and The WBV (whole body Vibration) First, let me say if you have back pain the WBV is a great way to loosen the muscles. I did 20/20. 20 sauna 20 wbv and loved them both. You are in a single room with both the sauna and the vibration machine, it makes it comfortable and private. Please do be aware of the time as they are usually booked and you need to get dressed and out pretty quickly for them to stay on schedule
The sauna was so comfortable, it had a lounging back piece that no other sauna I have been to has had.
