I love shopping at boutiques and I am new in town and was excited to check a few out with my daughter. Walked in the store and the lady at the desk (brown hair )was looking down entire time. There was no other customers in the store as we walked in. A bell rang when we opened the door the lady at the desk ooked up and didn’t even say hello. No acknowledgment at all when my daughter and I stepped in the store. Just looked up with a blank stare and looked back down again. I love Monkee's! They always have unique clothes and a great selection. I’ve shopped there for a while because of their excellent customer service, but something happened recently that truly blew me away. I was in the store looking at their Back 70 sneakers, but unfortunately, they didn’t have my preferred style in my size. I have given this shop so many chances. Unfortunately, every time I come in the shop girls have always been unkind, unhelpful, or just judgmental.
