I ordered chicken biryani from you today through DoorDash, and honestly, it was the worst biryani I have ever eaten. There was absolutely no salt, no taste, and all I could get was the overpowering flavor of cinnamon, cloves, too much cardamom, and red chili powder. The only thing coming through was caramelized onion, and nothing else.

Your portion size was also very small, and the food was completely useless. If you don’t know how to cook biryani properly, at least hire a chef who does. Right now, your cook clearly has no idea how biryani is made. Learn to cook properly before serving customers and making them waste their money.

I am not asking for a refund—I could have done that if I wanted. I am telling you directly so you understand how bad your food is and hopefully improve. But honestly, the biryani you served today was unacceptable and insulting to customers.

One more thing—I called your restaurant, and there is one guy who answered. He was very nice and respectful with me. That is the only reason I am not complaining to DoorDash, because of how good and polite that person was.
