YIKES!! Buyer beware! Short story is they took my money, I waited 5 months & they did not send the item I purchased, then refused to give me a refund per their store policy. Long story-- I ordered a jacket in October 2022 from this company which was on 4-6 weeks backorder. In March 2023 they sent me an email saying they shipped my jacket- 5 months later. I get the package to find it is not the jacket I ordered. I asked for an exchange for my jacket- accidents happen. They said my jacket was not available- which was strange. If they sent the wrong item, mine should be there to exchange. I asked for a shipping label to send the wrong jacket back they said they sent one. I never got it. I asked if they would resend it and they would not. So I had to pay out of pocket to send it back. I asked for a refund for my jacket since it was not there & was told No I could only get store credit or an exchange. I said I did not want store credit I wanted the jacket I paid for. Then I got an email saying they would give me a refund (email stated refund, not store credit) when I returned the wrong jacket, which I did. They did not give me a refund. They instead gave me 517$ in store credit & told me I could use it to repurchase the jacket which is now 680$. I said again that I did not want store credit I wanted a refund or the jacket. No response. So nearly 6 months after I placed my order, not only do I not have my jacket, I lost 517$ plus the 24$ I spent to ship their jacket back for which they did not reimburse me. All because of their mistake! I will not be forced to pay extra for a jacket I already purchased & did not receive. VERY unprofessional. They are 100% in the wrong. The FTC stipulates if they do not ship the customer's item they must give a refund, not store credit. I have yet to get a response. Buy wherever you wish, but I would not...

Another Rothco item Legendary USA was made in China advertised as a Fine Knit One Hole Facemask insulation against freezing temperatures and wind and great for the avid outdoorsman. It came wrapped in plastic 5" X 5" thin like a small handkerchief. Nikki customer service was a real jerk about my complaint. She made no apology for the false misleading advertisements. She said Legendary USA policy is no refunds except for a product exchange. What would I exchange falsely advertised product for? Nikki also said any complaint about Rothco products had to be directed to Rothco. Rothco website claims any complaint about product purchased elsewhere must be directed where purchased. Today 6/15/23 I drove to Rothco warehouse Ronkonkoma, N.Y. to see if I could exchange my product in person. No dice. I was told I have to deal with Nikki Legendary USA. Within a few days of the order was informed the item was on backorder until the end of June due to a supplier issue. After several attempts via email to find out the status of the order I finally received a response from customer support informing me the order is now backordered for 3 months due to the supplier having a military contract. I responded back today (Jun 27) with a cancel my order request. In response, I received an automated message that customer support would be on vacation from June 27 to July 15th.
