First of all let it be known that I'm only giving this place 1 star because I have to. The staff is rude. An employee was huffing and puffing about having to pick up clothes on the floor. Isn't that what they're there for? Secondly, the cashiers are also rude. My mother was checking prices (if the were correct) and when she asked about one in particular the cashier named "Marie" answered back with an attitude and snippy tone. Furthermore I was paying at another register. I knew what I was supposed to pay and then all of a sudden the cashier types stuff in and boom my total Sky Rockets. I told I didn't want the item and she made a face. To continue, the dressing rooms are a mess. Honestly are they ever cleaned? Not to mention the restrooms...they are just horrid.    Read moreThis review is solely for Josh who works in the Amazon Return department. Josh got swamped with many customers, some of which were inpatient and made that known. Josh probably makes penny's to deal with these types of customers and I think deserves a raise for helping me out today. I came in with a cart to return three bed sheets and a bottle of conditioner. I was in pain and just found out from an MRI that I have two bulging disc's and one protusion. I asked Josh if he could please retrieve the returns from my cart and he did so without hesitation. Although I can drive and walk okay, it hurts me when I bend and lift. So Josh saved me from experiencing more pain. I hope Josh's managers see this and recognize how hard of a worker he is to handle so many customers and how he showed me compassion as I...
   Read moreI went on Tuesday to return items I had bought on Kohls.com. As I was entering the store I was asked if I had a Amazon or Kohls return. I was directed to the returns area, thinking they had separate areas for Amazon and Kohl's returns. NO. They had one line for all returns and for online pickup! The line was long, but again I stupidly thought once I got into the actual customer service they would have separate registers for each. Wrong again. One line, one person working behind the counter. Three other people going in and out of the back room and what appeared to be a supervisor going in and out. It took about 40 minutes to return my items.
