The store is big with a lot of different choices of things to buy. I purchased a microwave with my debit card and the money was taken directly out of my account. Two weeks of having the microwave it might turn on when you put something in it and it might not so I decided to take it back and I the meantime I ordered one from Amazon. I get to the store with the microwave and I was told I could have store credit. I don't want store credit I want my money back to be told they do not give cash back on returns because every card is run as a credit card. You may run a debit under credit but it's still a debit transaction not a credit transaction. The manager was not friendly at all. Now I'm stuck with a store credit I will never use. The manager said he would place a new order which he didn't. My husband called our local Boscovs and spoke with their manager, he didn't do anything. A couple days later spoke with the lady at Boscovs that ordered our furniture and she didn't do anything. Now a week and a half later the sofa has still not been reordered. They are telling us that it will take 7-10 weeks because there are orders ahead of us. I would think ours would take a priority. I would definitely not recommend buying...

The store is so big they have maps everywhere, and then when you find what you’re looking for the price is very high. Some sales are okay enough and affordable.
