Pizza Valley — Restaurant in Bridgeport

DONT EAT HERE. I had to call the cops because this place refused to refund me my money for burnt food that was delivered to my house. Upon getting the pizza I sat on the table and went upstairs when I came down and saw her eating a burnt slice I promptly called them back. The pizza cheese was dark brown absolutely no white was on it and the “buffalo wings” had crisp marks too and no sauce. When I called back he refused to send a new one. I didn’t even want my money back just a new pie. He had attitude claiming it was “cooked well” . So I drove the pizza and wings back and showed him. I agreed to pay for the one slice that my daughter started eating but I wanted my money back for the rest. He had an attitude claiming he really wanted to refund me but he couldn’t because she started eating a slice. SHES 3 she doesn’t know better . It was 9 pm and she was hungry. I had to call the cops after going back and forth with him for 20 minutes. If you want quality food don’t order from here. I normally order from Fairfield Pizza but since I got coupons for Pizza valley I figured I’d try it out. I’ll definitely be sticky to what I’m used to . DISGUSTING FOOD AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wish I could give -0 stars.

UPDATE: He actually told me that if the whole pizza had been returned he probably would have sold it to someone else. Who does that. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning. In response to your reply the cop DID NOT AGREE. He said it was a civil matter and there wasn’t really anything he could do. Once we stepped outside and spoke he agreed I shouldn’t have ordered form your dirty hole in a wall business. And only one piece had been partially eat. Pizza valley is hands down one of the best pizza places in Bridgeport. This is not to say that this taste like NY style pizza or any place else other than pizza valley. To describe it for the neophyte, Pizza Valley is an experience all its own.

The crust is doughy- not overly doughy but more so than your average crust. The sauce is really good. like really good. I normally get the sausage pizza. Chunks of sausage. Huge. Big. Delicious. They dont have traditional bacon, only Canadian, but that probably the only drawback. Not overtly oil and not overtly cheesy.

They also deliver and they have super affordable delivery specials. To top it all off, they are very nice, On the phone, the drivers, like awesomely nice. I always look forward to ordering Pizza Valley. It will not be the pinnacle of pizza precision and customs for the pizza purist, but to anyone in the delivery radius should consider themselves lucky to call them and...

We have ordered from this place many times. The food is good! However... I went to place another order today and the man who answered the phone was beyond rude!!!! I inquired about a deal they have and asked if the prices had changed (as it was reflecting different prices online). No big deal, right? Everything is going up in price so I expected it.
