Today is 4/3/24 this place has had my son’s iPad since December. The guy gave me a rigged loaner that had a bad battery, because when I originally got my iPad back the touch screen mode was messed up. I brought it back immediately He’s had it since. I got there today and to ask about the iPad and he says it wasn’t fixed he was originally supposed to call me. Yet I had to go in. He wanted me to give him more money to send my iPad to apple. I informed him how I already bought an iPad and just wanted a refund for him to tell me I can only get a partial refund. I just took the iPad and left after telling him about this review. Most of all I used his service before with android products. I literally lost out on $200 because he couldn’t fix my iPad. My son waited until February to get a new iPad yet I still lost out I do not recommend using this store at all.
