US FURNITURE — Local services in Bridgeport

Terrible customer service! If I could give you guys a zero I would. They do not answer their phones at all and they do not keep you updated on your furniture. No type of communication with their customers who are putting their hard earned money and information in their hands! I purchased a king frame, king mattress, and king box spring for the regular price in person. When I came into the store (coming from a different town because they wouldn’t answer their phone call to update me on my furniture) there was a lady complaining of the same issue. My items were ordered two weeks ago and were suppose to come all together this week. When I get to the store now I found out the frame that I want is no longer in stock. When was I going to get notified of this if I didn’t make my way in person?! Then I was told only my mattress will come this Friday. I told them if my pieces cannot come together I do not want them. Especially being that the other items are not in stock and will not come in within the two weeks that they told me and also says on my receipt!! They do not want to refund me for the mattress because it is so called on its way. Please look at Facebook reviews & other reviews and do not purchase from this store. I will be getting my full refund back no matter what even if it’s legal action! So unprofessional. Let me also say I know their phone works because I called twice while walking into the store while the man just let it ring. I even messaged them on Facebook and they opened it and didn’t respond! Gave them many opportunities before heading in person! As I was expressing my issue another woman came in as I was talking stating she had the same issues as well! UPDATE #5: Despite that i wrote down that I called the very next day stating the drawer broke the day before, they have the courage to say that I CALLED A MONTH LATER!!!! What a liar... His time frame is very off and yes, I left a 5 star review at the Orange location, the manager there was the one who helped me and called me back after the drawer was fixed.

UPDATE #3: Just called today, the guy who answered was very disrespectful, he told me “LIKE YOU LEFT A BAD REVIEW I WONT FIX ANYTHING”. This is not fair at all, 3 months waiting for someone to fix something that I paid for and they can’t come because of a review stating the truth!! CERO PROFESSIONAL.

UPDATE #2: IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS AND NO ONE HAS COMED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME SOMEONE WILL CALL NEXT WEEK.

I bought a bed set at this store, they were extra polite when I was buying they showed me everything and the drawers glided perfectly, they arrived yesterday and the drawers are super stiff, they are hard to get out and I was never told it did not come with rollers... I called today to ask if someone could check the issue and they told me that it could take 3 to 4 weeks for someone to come around and take a look at it. My next question was then if I could return it, because I’ve had issues with those type of drawers that tend to break in less than a year and ALI answered me no, they do not take returns and did not want to explain to me anything and was extra rude!

I'm quite upset to give this rating. When we first walked in to purchase a bedroom set, dinning room set and living room sofa the salesman Suhail was very friendly and helped us figure it all out. He was very patient and amazing. Delivery was great as well. The reason I'm giving this place one star is because I called in to let salesman know that one of the item was unsuccessfully delivered due to the size and it not getting through our door. First call attempt he said I have the wrong number. Second call attempt yells at me saying I have the wrong the number again there is no one by my name working there. I tried to explain to this very rude saleperson that I am the customer. He kept speaking over me not trying to understand me. I felt offended asked him to please listen to me. He was very rude and yelling over me hangs up. I tried calling again he hangs up again. Keeps the phone line busy. Just be cautious of the customer service. This man was obnoxious from the very first call he said wrong number and was not the same saleman I dealt with when purchasing my furniture.
