Starbucks — Restaurant in Bridgeport

This is by far the slowest and worst starbucks I have been too. I mobile ordered my drink today at 1:37, i arrived by 1:46 which was the estimated pick up time. I walked into the store and my drink was not ready, I sat down and patiently waited as costumers walked in and out, receiving their things quickly as I continued to wait. I watched one barista walk over with 5 cups and took 4 and left one on the counter. I watched every worker pay no kind to the cup and continue to walk by it, serving everyone that order through drive-thru or in store. I waited another couple of minutes before asking a barista about my order which they told me would be right up soon. As I continued to watch costumers come in and out, that cup still stayed on the counter till one barista picked it up and called my name. Thoroughly Disgusted

The restroom was in desperate need of servicing, tacky music blasting way too loud on the speakers everywhere, and the garbage cans were overflowing.

When I asked the barista for a mug for my cappuccino, she replied with a snotty, unapologetic “we don’t have mugs here.” Wow, a coffee shop that doesn’t have coffee mugs for their customers.

Starbucks should be ashamed of itself for charging me $5.31 for a mediocre cappuccino, served up in a cardboard cup by a snotty barista.

Corporate greed shows its unattractive, robotic face. What a complete waste of time and money.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. I have been to many Starbucks but this one was different. To start off, they did not have one sandwich for me to order. Apparently, they do not have grande and treinta sizes. There was not a single sandwich or drink to order. They were out of everything…Also the workers beyond rude. They were hating on other businesses to make themselves look good. The dude at the counter should be fired for starters. We had ordered many drinks and the workers did not remember a thing.
