It was the worst experience I've ever had there it wasn't busy for Saturday at 830pm. The main course steak wasn't well done. The chicken was so hot that I could only eat two bites it was like they dropped the seasoning shaker on it. I like hot, but it was a punch to the throat. I tell manager and it was like i didn't say anything. The steak had to be recooked by the manager. I swear they gave us ribeye steaks instead of sirloin, Sides were forgotten about completely until we asked the manager. The waiter shouldn't be there sry but when you have to ask someone else for a refill, because our sever seriously would just walk past and see empty glasses at the edge of the table, sad. $140 was waisted never again. I loved this place, my wife and I always go out once a month for a us thing with no kids but haven't been there in about 8 months been trying other new places. But Longhorn steakhouse is the best thing. I've been there 2 times already since it opened and has my business. There was no apology or anything comped from the management. I wanted to leave and just pay for my drinks, but didn't we box it up and left. I wasn't happy we will NEVER go back. Terrible, it was like we had inconvenienced them. I've never had to have a manager recook anything. I'm easygoing, but it was wrong. If 0 stars were available, I would give it. BTW, if you're a fan of the 3 cheese steak dip, they have removed it from their menu, but it's still listed on...
Read moreI went with family from the area around 4:00 pm today (Thursday). The place was virtually empty with only a couple other tables occupied. We were promptly greeted at the door and seated. The first thing we noticed was that we didn’t get the kids menu we requested so we had to ask for one. No biggie really. The waiter came and dropped off menus then walked off without the drink order. Came back five minutes or so and got the drink orders. Finally brought the drinks out 5-8 minutes after that then walked away without asking if we were ready to order (which we very much were). We waited and waited and waited and didn’t see him anywhere. Eventually he comes back and we get to order our food. A food running brought the food out to us and refilled a drink that had been sitting empty. The food was good. Cooked perfectly and came out fast and hot! It was tasty!!! We had to wait again for the server to finally make his way back around to ask for our check and boxes. We all wanted refills but we were finished with our food and the kids were ready to leave by the time the server made his appearance again. The restaurant itself was nice. Good temperature, clean, quiet. I’d go back but I’d be choosy and not have this server again for sure. The kids menu is good as it isn’t just chicken tenders and fries. Free huge parking lot...
Read moreWe had family in that have never eaten at Outback so we wanted to treat them to a nice meal. Of course the guys ordered beer that came and was warm. Our server said that the refrigerator is down for frosted mugs. We had to repeatedly ask for plates and silver wear and napkins. We ordered a blooming onion which was supposed to be free according to the email I got, but we were charged. It was also burned and couldn't taste the onion. When the guys got their steaks they were cold. My husband order the bone-in Ribeye and got something tuff and with a lot of grizzle and fat that he couldn't eat. The other party got the filet and lobster tail and his steak was also cold but he didn't get the lobster tail for approximately 20 minutes and then after asking for melted butter 3 times, we finally got it. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours while waiting on our cold food and missing lobster tail. Our server, Martin F. was fantastic and apologized for the delay and the errors. It was obviously not his fault at all. He was very professional and handle the situation the best he could at his level as server. The kitchen staff on the other hand truly let us down. Our family members said that they would never eat at Outback Steakhouse again. This was by far the worst service we have ever had at...
