The cashier woman working on Wednesday September 8th, 11:02AM, needs further training on customer service. She had an attitude and her tone of voice was very abrasive and condescending when directing us to hand over the glass candle votives to her so she could ring them up. After wrapping only 1 of the 6 glass votives, she started handing out plastic bags to us to put the remaining 5 glasses in. We asked if she could wrap them like she did the first because they were glass and we didn't want them to break when we transported them back home. She gave an exasperated sigh and said she would give us the paper so we could wrap it ourselves. She checked behind us to see if she had any other customers and commented that there was "no one else" and then proceeded to hand over the paper so we could wrap the glass votives ourselves in the cart that we had. She closed her register, said "have a good day" to a passing customer who didn't buy anything, and let us leave without saying...
Read moreThe custom framing department is the biggest scam going! I needed a 8.5X11 letter framed and I wanted a double border. The associate was very nice, but when she told me it was $200, I told her I had a 70% off coupon. She proceeded to inform me, "that is the price with the 70% off! What the ^$@%&(&$#&& LOL! REALLY!!! Look at my receipt, it says I saved $473, which means the REAL PRICE was $674!!!!!! What a scam!!! I spoke to the manager and he apologized and blamed it on corporate. Why not just charge $300 and give a NORMAL 25% discount to get the same $200 I paid. I told the manager that was the much more honest way of doing it but he explained he had no control over it. So they just scam you to get you in by claiming 70% off. I could accept raising the price a little bit before the 70% but let"s be real......$674 is obscene! This is not even highway robbery........its fast lane, expressway robbery! I won't be back and won't have anything nice to say...
Read moreWe were at the store to pick up order that was placed online. We were asked to go in the back. There was only one person handling framing station who was busy so we waited for 10 minutes. Upon his return he asked for last name and went to look for our order. I saw him struggling and so I asked him to check with other last name if that helps. He got annoyed and said I should have given him correct last name. Well we had two names on order and that should not be an issue. Then upon finding our order he asked us to sign so I told my husband to sign the receipt. He didn’t say where to sign and we already had enough with him so he signed at bottom and then he said that place was for team member.
