So, this review may be a little late, but it's long overdue. A little over a month ago (May 23rd to be exact), I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment. It was the night before my birthday, my friend and I were coming from an event, we were hungry and in search of a place to grab a bite to eat. It was late and 30 burgers was open, so we decided to give it a go. Now, my friend is vegan, she doesn't eat any meat, dairy, eggs, or soy; it can sometimes be a challenge to find a restaurant where we both have options that we'll like.
We walked into the restaurant and resolved that my friend would be limited to eating fries. However, the sever/cashier named Chris suggested my friend try the black bean burger, and I ordered some mango habenero wings with an order fries, with a mango milk shake. As we waited for our food, Chris offered to seat us and bring the food to us once it was ready. He was awesome! Chris' customer service was top tier! He not only brought our food, he was constantly checking on how we were doing and making sure that we didn't need anything else. In an era where customer service is almost non-existent, Chris was a pleasant breath of fresh air!
The black bean burger is made fresh, my friend devoured it! And my wings were delicious. They were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and perfectly sauced! The milkshake was a creamy delightful compliment to the wings. If you're ever in the neighborhood, I implore you to come to 30 Burgers in Bound Brook, NJ where the service is inviting, and the great food will keep you coming back for more. Chris, thank you for a great start to my...
Read moreI’ve been going here since this place was called 25 burgers. Every burger I’ve tried has been amazing as have the fries and onion rings. Each location seems to have their own “extra” items (chicken wings in fairfield for example). This location has that rolled ice cream. I’ve been to places that make rolled ice cream and I’ve never see it prepared as LOUDLY as it is here. Its jarring when you’re trying to eat and all you can hear is BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG scrape scrape scrape BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG. It like trying to eat with someone jackhammering 5 feet away from you. The sound fills the entire restuarant. It also seems to go on forever. I could literally raise a calf into a full grown cow, milk it , go and buy rocksalt and an ice cream maker and make my own icream cream, in the time it takes to make this rolled stuff. Overall the food is good. Bring ear plugs if you’re eating alone or those walkie-talkie radio head sets people wear when flying in helicopters if you plan on having a conversation with anyone...
