How does this location have a 4 star review?? Corporate must be asking staff to write fake reviews because every positive review is contrary to the experience one has here.

This store is a complete disaster in every sense of the word. Clothes literally everywhere, disorganized, rude staff, huge lines no matter when you go, registers constantly “not working” and bathrooms that even make a porta potty at the carnival seem clean. A recent visit had the bonus of no lights being on in the store for some inexplicable reason (guess we were supposed to just shop in the dark) and registers not working (yet again) so I could not...

Awesome store with lot of fashionable wear for everyday at much cheaper price and reasonably good quality. Only problem is not being organized, you might have search the whole area for a desired size and it won't be available or mixed up elsewhere. Staff is also not aware on where to look for sizes. There is a curbside pickup for easy pickup and the oldnavy app seems to be versatile in picking items from different stores. There is no delivery charges and I think it is better if you know your sizes exactly.

Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores.
