Mr Subs — Restaurant in Bound Brook

when i first started going to mr. subs a few years ago, they were great. now, they are horrible. this is the second time they completely messed up my order. but this was my last straw. they didn't put any of the toppings i asked for on my sub, no condiments, and the cold cuts were completely wrong. once i got home and opened my sandwich i saw how badly they messed up. i drove all the way back for them to fix this. so i thought. i made it home again, to realize they still put the wrong cold cuts in my sandwich. and drenched my sandwich so badly with condiments, it was barely edible. i am done going to this establishment. it's gone downhill tremendously. your customer service needs to improve too because you did nothing to compensate for this. aside from a giving a lousy cookie and brownie. big deal. the worst part is the ingredients were listed word by word on what belonged on the sandwich. get it together....

First time visitor. I ordered the Fat Mr Subs, their cheesesteak done "fat" style: lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayo, fries and mozzarella sticks. Very good sandwich, best bread I've had so far on a fat sandwich.

I plan to go back, want to try their Fat Buffalo (buffalo chicken tenders), Angry Bird (chicken cutlet), and ask if they can substitute the cheesesteak in their Fat Mr Subs with hot pastrami.

Second visit, Sunday around 6:30 and brought a friend. We initially ordered a Fat Mr Sub and a special hot sub listed on their store menu but not in their print or online menu (can't remember what it was anymore) but they ran out of cheesesteak. We were offered some substitutions and both decided on Fat Mr Subs with pastrami instead of cheesesteak, good decision. After we ate the manager said they may make this a menu special.

Next time I'd like to try a Fat Buffalo...

So I ordered a sub they made a mistake and I wrote wrote a review on it. Mr. subs went above and beyond to take care of me I really appreciate what they did they saw a problem they reached out and rectified it. They offered me my money back and even a free sub I didn’t want the money back because their food is usually really good I ended up getting a free sub. When I went to pick up my sub they were very apologetic and actually gave me a full meal for free and if there was any other problems in the future to just contact them directly so they can justify the situation.
