Wish there were lower stars than this aiming at the help not the store! I have been into the store plenty of times as I am remodeling and apartment complex here in Brigham. I absolutely leave every time fuming mad! Most of the employees especially the manager act like they are blessing you with their presence if they even act like they are listening to you at all! We ran here quickly knowing there was only 15 minutes until they closed trying to avoid a trip to Home Depot. We walked in and were not welcomed or asked if we needed any help. After finally finding what we were looking for an associate came and told us they were closing. We told him were understood and were almost done. A few minutes later he turned the lights off!! The customer service at this store is horrendous, unwilling to get out from behind the counter. If you don't know the exact part your looking for, then don't bother going in. These guys only work at the counter. My last experience they locked up the door 5 min before closing, wouldn't let a customer in, a younger employee, maybe a new hire asked the The older employee if they should let the customer in, the older employee barked back at him and said "don't let them in we are closed!"
