Deseret Industries Thrift Store & Donation Center — Local services in Brigham City

This DI is a shining star in a small town. They have cared for so many employees over the years especially my elderly uncle who had special needs and he didn't want to retire because he loved it so much. With the help of his supervisor Lori, we were able to attend to my uncles needs when he did decide to retire. I have also seen Lori go out of her way to help many individuals who come in those doors. I know she reached out to some homeless individuals who needed a leg up and offered them a way out of thier situation. Stellar prices. Was looking for affordable church clothes for my Littles. Found a dress for my daughter and a skirt. Daughter is a bigger size so the nice lady suggested women's. I was able to find the size right for her. Found an awesome shirt for my son too. Thank you staff all super helpful. We asked the cashier about instacares and she told me abt the one on medical drive. By the way people go there you need. After hour clinic everyday till abt 9 or so. Better go there than an...

This DI is okay. But I'd recommend going to other locations. One of the supervisors here, Lori is not very kind. Quite rude and unprofessional. And they aren't understanding about your health and if you can't work a certain amount of hours. Not very kind and understanding. They were better in 2019 and before that. Now all they care about is money! Supposed to be a corporation with the LDS Church (My religion) and yet they aren't anything like that....
