Update December 5th 2019- I was contacted by the regional manager and given a store credit for the value of the pizza that was lost during my pizza experience below. This time around the employees were attentive and very helpful. The pizza was ready and the order was correct. Unfortunately the pizza was just alright. See my updated pictures, I am not saying that the pizza was bad it was just alright. Solid three stars this time around. It was nice to have to order ready when the email said it would be. I typically try to avoid writing google reviews for only negative experiences. See my other reviews to see what I mean. I typically give 4-5 stars and am not hard to please. Yesterdays experience at this Pizza Hut definitely needs to be documented though. Placed our order at 5:28 pm online for 3 pizzas. Arrived 5 minutes early to pick up the order. I was told that the order would be ready in 5 minutes or 6:05 pm. That would be perfect as the email said the pizza would be ready at 6:05 pm. After waiting with my kids for about 20 minutes I went back to the counter to inquire as to the status of the order. I was told they would check and the employee walked away. He never came back to update us and I stood at the counter getting ignored by every employee until about 6:25 pm. The cashier came out with 2 pizzas at this time and I asked him where the other pizza was. He gave me a funny look and said he had no idea. I asked him if he could find someone who did know. After a few minutes he came back to inform me that it did not get into the oven and that he would "credit my pizza hut account for the missing pizza." A little in shock I asked how I was supposed to feed everyone with 2 of 3 pizzas. He just said I do not know and that he was sorry and that they were so busy tonight. I just said okay and politely left. On the way home I stopped at Little Caesar's and bought another ham and pineapple pizza to feed the rest of the family. After getting home we opened the pizza. The meat lovers was fine. Cold, but fine. The ham pizza was pure garbage (see the photo). I am so glad I stopped to get another pizza or we would have had to make something else for dinner. Checked my Pizza Hut account, no "Credit" to be found. Credit card was hit for the full amount of the 3 pizza's. Now I am getting pretty frustrated. So, to recap. I paid for 3 pizza's. Of these 3 pizzas I got 1 edible pizza that was cold and one garbage pizza. Oh, and I paid for dinner at another place so my kids would have enough to eat. This is a warning to those in the Brigham City area. Beware of the Pizza Hut. I understand being busy and was very polite with the staff (although I wanted to loose my mind). Read moreIm giving 2 stars simply because one member of the management team seems to care when they've made a mistake, otherwise, it would be a 1 star review. Here's the deal, we think Pizza Hut usually tastes better than Domino's, but they can't seem to get the operation off the ground. The pizzas are routinely messed up, wrong orders handed out, and slow service. I ordered their apple pies on one order. When we received them, the bowl they came in had been severely shaken up. They were no longer pies, but instead, pie pieces. The cinnabon rolls are delicious, when they aren't overcooked and burned. The wings even though they claim they are fried, are bendable and rubbery. I took 2 of my children in to eat last week after an appt. I couldn't find a clean table to sit at. They were all filthy. Two female employees were standing by the oven's carrying on a very personal conversation, and the man who took our order was just standing there with his hands behind his back. When I asked him if he could come out and wipe off a table, a younger gentleman came out very apologetic and said he was just trying to catch up. Im still trying to figure out why he was the only one doing anything. Again, they messed up the order. Everytime, i'm told the same thing... new employees, trying to train them.... blah blah blah. This location has been open long enough for these to no longer be just new employee issues, but now a management issue. It seems everyone has a manager tag as well... maybe too many chiefs in the kitchen. Tonight's debacle included 2 orders of burned garlic knots, 2 burned specialty pizzas, a burned hockey disc masquerading as a chocolate chip cookie, and an order of wings that had to be delivered after the original order bc they were forgotten and they were terrible too. Read more1st visit to the new place: online ordered, didnt have 2 of the toppings, they didnt call me to tell me, got there to pick up my order to find out they made it with out it and so they were nice enough to give me a suppose to be a 20$ credit turned into a 15$ credit. In which brings me to the 2nd visit... I called to ask how to redeem my 20$ credit they informed me it was only 15$ but would correct it so I ordered a big box dinner, was told the total was going to be 19.97 was paying cash but when delivery guy got here (which he was really awesome that's why I am giving this place 2 stars) but they didnt correct it they only gave me 15$ so I was like alright whatever, but when i opened the pizza box up and seen the bbq pizza was slab of bread with a thin layer of bbq sauce and a few pieces of chicken on it and the CHEESY bread sticks were over done, that when I figured I'd share my experience. Not sure I'll be going back especially sense the 1st time I went in to pick up my order I noticed that were tons of dirty pizza pans shoved and over stuffed all over the bottom rack falling on the floor, and a dirty mop bucket was next to the prep table. And we all have hard days I get it but damn maybe they need a little more preparation a building face lift hasn't done much for this business unfortunately. Very dissatisfied. I also understand ur food never looks like the pic but wow! Way off
