I love chick fil a! I have for many years! Don't get me wrong, it's really great to hear a cheery voice and see a smile when you pick up your food, however it is so annoying to be interrupted with questions abruptly over and over while you're trying to order. Also, again friendly customer service is great, I applaud this company for their efforts, but again, too chatty with other customers after their order has been completed, and the employee sees you waiting, yet continues their conversations. Also, the employees often seem to be too chatty with each other instead of helping a customer, or finding something to clean instead of standing around. Again, I want to reiterate, I love chick fil a. They're a great company, but some locations need to remind their employee's that chit chat is ok only when all the customer's are taken care of and their duties to keeping the restaurant clean, organized and stocked are completed. Young kids need to be reminded of the importance of food safety! They also need to be reminded that something always needs to be cleaned, something always needs to be refilled, something always needs organized and most importantly, everything always needs sanitized. Read moreWould not even give this location one star. They deserve a "no star"rating. Two days ago, I ordered a small peach milkshake, a rare treat for me. As I tried to pick it up to go into the house when I got home, the styrofoam cup split making a mess in the car. I cleaned up the car and proceeded to go into the house with my purse and the cup in tow. Just past the laundry room the bottom of the cup just fell off leaving the milkshake all over my brand new carpet!! No treat and a huge mess to clean up! 😡 Oh yeah, and some of the milkshake even went inside of my purse when it burst, down onto my wallet and cell phone. I pulled through the checkout lane a couple of days later to report the incident as I could not get through to anyone on their phone line. The manager did not care that I was sold such a milkshake. The female middle aged employee was cleaning the restroom, which I'm sure isn't supposed to be fully sanitized during business hours. As she was cleaning, I was patiently waiting for her to finish. I'm pretty sure she took at least 20-30 minutes cleaning the restroom. After she finished cleaning, she went out and threw the trash away. When she came back in, she walked past me and looked at me in my eyes and called me "stupid." I got upset and took it to the manager. Though the manager didn't help at all. The manager claimed that she wasn't an English speaker, and assumed that she said "excuse me" and that I heard her incorrectly. I stated to the manager that I heard her loudly and clearly called me "stupid." Instead of being considerate, the manager was defending her at all costs.
