Starbucks — Restaurant in Brighton

I was shopping at Target and decided to stop at the Starbucks in the store and get a drink. Starbucks are everywhere and I get the same drink a vanilla bean frap with caramel throughout the cup and on top. The cashier asked if I wanted extra caramel so I said yes. I was thinking a teaspoon or so. I mean they don’t give you much anyway so extra is great. Well holly cow! I got a cup of caramel with some whipped cream. I don’t know if the barista was being a smart a$$ of what but come on! The line was long so I could not have them remake it. I figured I could just pull my straw up and not drink from the pool of caramel in my cup. Wrong. It was so sweet and gross I just threw it away and told myself I did not need the calories. I guess I made a $6 donations to...

Typical Starbucks menu. The drinks are made ok. The service is hit or miss. Today I did in line for about 10 minutes while the person cleaned and another made drinks. No one acknowledged me, I was wondering if they were closed! The girl running the register came back and didn't acknowledge my wait, instead just asked what I wanted. My drink was made quickly, however when I picked it up and thanks the barista, she again didn't acknowledge me. I think I'll just get drinks on my way...

If you like overpriced WRONG coffee orders, then check this Starbucks out! There was 4 young girls working and they were not busy. So to say they might have been understaffed is inaccurate. One girl took orders and wrote down what we wanted, one girl made coffee, the third stood on her phone doing nothing. And the forth was just out wandering the store. I absolutely love Starbucks but will not return to this one. Both of my orders were completely wrong and were horrible. Never...
