Well I'll be honest. I love eating Popeyes my favorite Louisiana style chicken. But this particular restaurant Everytime I stop by for lunch from work. They take such a long time to take your orders. Then they take along time to serve you. They run out fast on chicken fingers I understand they cook that in small batches but, so many people eats there or stops by the drive thru that they run out quick. I been coming here for about a year since my work is on that side of the city. Let tell you they are so under staff it's unbelievable that they still able to function. Who ever is the owner Frenchise or the District Corp. Manager. Needs to get fired. I'm serious. One thing I dislike to tolerate is waiting for my food when I am on lunch when I have a 30 minutes window. Specially when you go to a fast food restaurant you have to wait more then ten minutes to get your food, then you finally get it and the chicken is so hot you can barely bite into it. Because they are stugleling to keep food items on the kitchen and the supervisor the kitchen worker it's working as fast he can to keep up with orders upfront. And the management keeps apologizing for not taking your orders sooner. Like I said before it decieves the purpose of fast food. I hope they read my comment. So will re evaluate the restaurant. They have so much competition around. When they take so long I just go next door across the street. And buy me some subway. People do something about. I'm tired of waiting for my meals. Or you gonna loose more than...

Also, they donāt think the mobile orders are important AT ALL being that they donāt even make the orders when they are suppose to. I witnessed with my own eyes the dasher coming inside to pick up an order that hadnāt even been pulled yet. RIDICULOUS.
If you need more help then HIRE MORE HELP since you obviously make enough! To continue on the way you have been by ignoring the customers and overworking the LITTLE workers you do have on hand is unacceptable.
These fast food restaurants need to relearn/revamp/renew the way they operate because the world is changing & itās no longer a walk in, dine and walk out scene. You have orders coming left and right and you need to learn how to keep up with the demand.
However, I will say the one and only worker they had for the dining customers was doing the best he could . I believe his name was Andre Iām not 100% sure, but he was a black guy with dreads.
I guess you could say the person who was working the drive-through was doing a very good job as well, but they had a lot more help being that 4-5 workers were solely fixated on working the drive-through, thatās absurd, yet good service for...

I was in the drive thru and asked for just a box of shrimp. No combo, no sides, just shrimp. She was so lost like she never heard it before. Kept questioning me. Then asks what side would I like. Again, I said no sides. She said she would have a price for me at the window. I get to the window and she says "Did you have the 10 piece combo?" I said no... the one that just wanted Shrimp... Again, confused look. She grabs a manager and he gives me a price. He didn't hesitate.
I am now sitting in the parking lot because the shrimp was going to take 2 minutes to cook. I've been sitting for 5 minutes now. They probably don't even remember what car I'm in...
The manager felt bad about me waiting so long and he gave me two orders of shrimp. That was kind of him.
