We rented the Tuxes for our wedding on 11/7/15. When my husband and the rest of the guys went in the Thursday before to pick them up, my father's jacket & the vest were the wrong size. So they were told that they would have the correct size after 3pm on Friday and we could just pick it up. When my husband got home we noticed that his shoes were all scuffed up so we called them and they said that they would also have a new pair for us to pick up on Friday also. On Friday when we went to pick the rest of the stuff up, my father's jacket was there but the warehouse never sent the vest. They called the warehouse right away and had the vest delivered to Tony, the managers house and a message was left on his voicemail that I needed it delivered to my parents house which is right near where he lives. We get a phone call back from Tony during our rehearsal the day BEFORE the wedding that he was on his way to the Home Depot in Tullytown and that there was no way for him to deliver the vest until 1 or 2 in the morning because he had to finish some work for an inspection. I would have had it delivered if we had more time before the wedding but I needed it so I had to go out of my way to go to his house to pick it up so my father would have it for the next day. At the wedding, I discover that 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes are scuffed really bad. Then we get a phone call from him on 11/11/15 wanting to know why we were so upset about the service we received!! He had every excuse in the book and then some on how he did everything he could to please us. Yeah right!! IF YOU DECIDE TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE BEWARE!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS...

I’m not big on writing reviews, however I do like reading them to make informed decisions. I felt that I needed to write this because of my experience working with many businesses and having customers of my own.

It's hard today to find many people in business that take the time to help you as a person Many companies automate the process or leave you with a phone system or site that tries to direct you away from actually talking to a person when you need help

I took my son (15 yrs old) here last week to get him something to wear to his first ever dance/formal Tony (the owner) was extremely nice and polite. He seems like a genuinely nice guy who cares if you are happy with his products and service. He took the time to make sure my son was measured right. He also explained to my son the differences about the shoes and pants for tuxes vs suits. He suggested the proper colors to match his date and it matched perfectly. My son told me in the car after we left and i quote "that guy who owns that place was super nice"

Our order was ready the next day and it fit perfectly. He even through in a second jacket in another color for the party the next day so that my son could wear them both. Nice job.. We even chatted about guitars, music and food too so he’s not like a typical pushy sales guy

Thank you Tony for being such professional and down to earth person during something that’s normally stressful for a kid at that age going to his first event. He was very happy wearing it and even wore his suit the next day to a sweet 16 party he was invited to.

So I called on a random Tuesday and got an appt for the upcoming Saturday! The owners were lovely! Got to my appt on time after commuting for 1.5hrs. She was wonderful and super helpful. We felt welcomed and super comfortable upon arriving.

They have a HUGE selection of plus size communion dresses :) Super friendly and can't even express how PATIENT they were with us. My daughter must have tried on at least 12 dresses within an hour before making her final decision.

Totally worth the visit, the purchase and the time. Very affordable and provided us with the time and privacy to make a rational choice for my little one's communion. Came in with a dress already handpicked in mind and walked out with a more incredible dress! We also a purchased a veil (last one!) that took our breaths away.

Definitely look forward to sharing this place with family, friends and coworkers and in the future. Thank you for staying late and making yourselves available. My daughter is thrilled, she loves her dress and feels beautiful in it.
