We were at the Washington County va. Fair last night, these people had a booth there and we're set up spin a wheel and get a tablet or win something anyway my son won a tablet so at that time the guy asked us if we wanted to set up an account or if we had one, so actually I had an account they said there would be no fees of activation or anything that would appear on the bill( that was a lie) anyway I gave him my phone number and he said he needed my pin so what could it hurt right. Anyway after we left 2 hours later I received a text that another transaction had took place so I texted the guy his name is Ben and I asked him did you activate another tablet on my account he texted back and said yes ma'am and then the lies began. My son and his girlfriend had went back over there and the girlfriend spun and won a tablet he gave it to her and then he asked do you have an account or do you want me to hook it up on his mama's account at which time my son called me and I didn't hear the phone so the guy says well nevermind I remember her pin, so from there he hooked up another tablet under my account without my authorization and then tried to throw it all back on them well no he was the one that done it. These people are fraud these people are Crooks and if you give them your information they will steal it and do with your account as they wish and take no responsibility for it if choosing a store I wouldn't use this one and by the way three people were in the store when we went in and all three claim to be the manager like really so if you got a tablet from these people this week at the Washington County Fair. You better check your account and your bill. Cuz chances are you have more added then you authorized of course make no mistake they will take none 0 responsibility for...
Read moreThought it would be a good idea to switch to Verizon from sprint. Phone service is great but customer service is poor. Went in to transfer 4 phones and was working with Andrew. We were talked into getting new phones which we were fine with even though we were told a different price to begin with than what we ended up paying and loop holes and backing out on promotions on website. After 6 hours to set up the phones we still had issues with not everything being transferred. We were told we had 14 days to change our minds and they would happily take them back and replace them. We waited 4 days and the 2 of us that got the iPhones were happy but the 2 that got the lgs were not because the transfers were not complete and would rather have original phones because they were very similar. Nothing wrong with the lgs just didn’t see any reason to buy new phones when original phones were very similar. We took the 2 lgs back and had them switched back. However when we did this all we got was attitude and told he never even saw the phones when we tried to get them set up and he sent us out of the store and told us we would have to call to fix everything ourselves. Overall happy with phones and phone service but might want to consider working with a different...
Read moreLiars, cheaters and thieves. Go to only a Verizon corporate stores. Cellular sales ignore our issues, we have been polite, and felt we have legitimate reasons for not liking our v20 $600.00 phones. Verizon corporate said if we had dealt with them they could help us, but since we went to the Pinnacle store, no resolution. We just are stuck paying the $1200.00, as cellular sales continues to ignore our requests for different phones. We were less than 30 days in when we realized that they just pushed the phones on us that had the greatest profit margin for them. On the v20, I bought the $40.00 wipe on screen saver, Sapphire hardness, scratched in the first week. The music speaker is terrible to listen to. The phone can only be used if you hold it in exactly the right place on your ear hole. The phone cannot be used without a case, the back falls right off. The wifi connectivity is sporadic, and the Bluetooth broadcast is weak. The v20 is obviously a 10¢ phone, sold at great gain for for cellular sales. To cinch the deal, they told us - my wife and I, that they were Verizon. We have been Verizon customers for years, and as soon as we pay the $1200.00 for these lousy phones, we will no longer...
