Me and my family stopped in at this location on our way back home to West Virginia. We donât have a bojangles near us back home so we always make it a point to eat at one when we are around one because they have such good food. The staff members worked together as a team and I could hear positive things being said like âgreat job guysâ in the background when we first walked in. When we came in the manager (Kayla) was helping the crew expo orders/helping with drive thru. Kayla greeted us and said someone would be right with us. We were in no rush but I really appreciated being acknowledged. Like a minute later she said sorry for the wait guys, Iâll be right with you. Again, hardly any time had passed (maybe like 1 or 2 minutes tops) but I just appreciated her letting us know that we werenât overlooked or forgotten and that getting our order was a priority. We werenât mad or impatient or anything, everyone has worked fast food in my family at some point so we definitely understand how crazy and brutal things can be! The manager, Kayla, took our order and apologized for the wait again (probably not even 5 minutes) and gave us a 10% discount which was a very nice thing to do and not necessary, but much appreciated. My mom forgot to order a drink and she gave my mom a drink and threw in a side of mashed potatoes that were made by accident. We thanked her and she said if there was anything else she could help us with to just let her know. I fully believe management and how they run things can totally influence the overall work environment and either make it a really positive environment or a toxic, hostile work environment, and that can definitely overflow into how customers are treated; it was obvious even from a customers point of view that this was a happy, fun and hard working environment that Kayla had made for her team. Food was incredible as always, hard working and super friendly staff, and great customer service. Itâs not often (if ever) you have an exceptional experience at a fast food place, but I feel like today we had that!    Read moreI just wanted to post. Here recently I went to this very Bojangles 11w Bristol TN, Pulled up to drive thru menu. No hi, no welcome, or anything pleasant. It was we only have 2 people working it will take min. Hahahahahahaha, this is how I'm greeted. SMH! The old guy that works there must be a manager. I don't know? I ask for a collector cup. He was like what would like to drink. I said I don't want any drink. He said you have to order a drink. Personally I don't care if I had to pay full price. I just didn't want a drink in it since I was just going to use a collectors item. Very argumentive, so I decided I would leave. With the price of fast food going up and and these people wanting to get paid competitive wages that are insane to flip burgers or whatever. I personally think the world should boycott this FF restaurants. If people would stock up for a week and just stay home. Prices would drop. Anyway. Just wanted to let everyone know how grouchy this man was and I will not be gracing my presence at any Bo's. People need to do better. When I want Bojangles itâs usually around 6 or 7pm and every time Iâve been to this Bojangles, they have not only been rude and disrespectful but refuse to make what I want which is two sausage,egg,and cheese biscuits! They will say that the grill is down for the night and will take 40 minutes to start up and warm up! I used to work for Bojangles a couple of years ago and we served breakfast all day and when it was after 1pm breakfast was cook to serve and we NEVER shut down the grills until we closed! This is false advertisement! Iâve never had a problem with any other Bojangles Iâve been too! Not only that, the workers here are so rude and donât really care for kindness! Who closes a grill at 7pm when closing isnât for hours?! They are lazy and I canât get ahold of a manager when I call. They donât answer and when they have answered a manager supposedly isnât available! Thatâs a bunch of bologna! I was a manager at the Bojangles I worked at and if I had employees like these, they would be fired in a heartbeat! Shame on this place and the people who work here!
