West State Furniture — Local services in Bristol

The worst experience. I ordered a couch, loveseat, ottoman, coffee table, and end tables. I waited months, eight in total i think, for my tables. Once she was paid she couldn't have cared less if I received my order or when. The owner never called to update me, I always had to make contact with her. When I did speak to her she was rude. The tables did finally arrive, but one of them was infested with powderpost beetles. I first noticed, small piles of powdery sawdust would appear and reappear after cleaning, under, around or on top of the furniture. I called in hopes of her exchanging it; she refused to do anything about it. Unbelievable. I wouldn't return to her store if it was the only one in a thousand mile radius. Small'ish unassuming store on West State with a nice selection of fairly priced furniture for every room of your home. We were drawn in by a dining set and blown away by the price - I can attest there's very little markup! We've already decided on a living room suit from WSF as well. Last but not least, the staff were so wonderful! We actually hung out and talked Bristol history and ghost stories for an hour. Looking forward to doing business...

Stopped in and browsed around over the weekend. Very nice selection of furniture, and comfortable encounter with salesman( Frank). It was nice to be able to move about and shop for what we wanted at our own pace without being pressured and led by an obnoxious salesman.
