Hobby Lobby — Local services in Broken Arrow

I went to Hobby Lobby to buy some baking supplies and walked around for 15 minutes trying to find the aisle. Yes, there were employees I could have asked for help but didn’t feel comfortable interrupting their chit chat(and no, I’m not one of those people who are trying to get these employees in trouble). I worked at Target as a second income for a while and know that you have to try to incorporate some fun into the daily grind. I finally found the aisle and they have really nice selection of supplies and packaging for baked goods.I love the atmosphere and the great sales they have, along with so many choices for home decor. I found most of what I was looking for and got most of it on sale. Overall a pleasant experience and I got what I needed as far as packaging for my baking. Spoke to the manager, Brooklyn, and she did not have a welcoming attitude. Very disrespectful, if I might add. I asked if she could relay a customer complaint to corporate, regarding a particular price, and she lied to me and said she has no way of contacting corporate (I wonder how I did?). In my opinion, most of the products are heavily over priced pieces of particle board/plastic sold for hundreds of dollars and made for pennies in China. The positive reviews must be women that have the means to spend money frivolously. If you want decent service and appropriate prices, I suggest going to just about anywhere else. I went to return two frames yesterday. There was a woman with a shopping cart full, very full of return items. I stood in line for 20 minutes. Watched two people walk away and heard three people getting very upset. When that happens Hobby lobby needs to dedicate one person to take them over to a remote cash stand and take care of them.
