I don't even know where to begin. This is the worst managed company from training to service I've ever seen. Transferring a phone number from outside the area code was a nightmare to start, from putting codes into the phone to getting my number out of limbo from the other carrier. Bad Sign!!! I depended on this phone for business and in February of 22 when Att upgraded their towers to 5g and canceled 3g service my phone stopped working outside the 580 area code. My phone is 4g so it should work right? No no no. I got the run around for two weeks and ordered many unlocked phones to try and get them working...it didn't work. I couldn't even call back my work and this almost cost my job. Absolutely ridic. I could get Data over the towers and make "internet phone calls" but no one could call me and I couldn't dial out. They only have a nationwide contract with Att who the blame for all this, yikes. It's your fault Pine, take some responsibility before you're bankrupt. Seems like some simple coding would fix this mess. They also acted like no one had ever ordered a phone and had it shipped to them. Terrible customer service, ridiculous plan options, issues with Apple devices because they refuse to upgrade their systems, accounting for data differenly than what you use, and above all complete incompetence in relation to the status of their own systems. They also do not meet specified requirements for mobile data speeds or home wifi speeds, but that is Pine in general. When you purchase data plans you should be guaranteed around 5MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. You do get 5 down, but just barely 2 up. This is what you get when you pay full price. My advice, do not waste your money.
