Bluemound Bowl — Local services in Brookfield

WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. my wife and I stopped in Saturday night to bowl my wife loves bowling so we stop in and are told about a 20 minute wait for a lane sure thing absolutely no problem so we go to the bar area and order drinks and food and waited for our lane to become available. So after a pizza,garlic bread and two drinks apiece and over an hour later, and many "big parties" coming in after us and getting a lane before us after we were told first come first serve then we finally get called and no we didn't bowl here we had our minds made up after we ordered and finished our food and were started on our second drink that we weren't giving this place any more of our money we just wanted to stay and see how long it was going to actually be before we were called . Not a way to run a business I AM A BUSINESS OWNER you don't tell people first come first serve then take all the "bigger parties" first because it means more money with the "bigger party" will never waste our time here again and would never recommend a business like this that puts money before customer satisfaction and doing the rite...

New: to the owner- we ran into people who were at Bluound Bowl when we left, who now are at Bowlero, 3 hours after we left. I'm gonna guess the issue isn't actually fixed if everyone is leaving to bowl elsewhere. Additionally, I'd rather spend my money on food and drinks instead of music.

Original: Love the decor, but none of the lanes work. We were put on lanes 1 and 2. One person would bowl, and the computer would automatically count it as a strike and move to the next person. When we asked for help the person working said "oh yeah lanes 1 and 2 don't work." This place was empty but that's where they put us lol.

We tried moving lanes two more times, but the same thing would happen. Bowl, mark as a strike, and not return the ball. We left after trying to do this for a half an hour.

Also, walked in and no music? Come on it's a bowling alley, turn on some music while customers have to wait to find out...

Nice and clean thanks to the no smoking law. And yes, I am a smoker but do not complain. My daughter was here with a school trip and they had a great time. I am new to the area so the parking lot kind of confused me. You can park in the back or on what I think is the side but there is also a "drive through" lane to go through to pick up the ppl in your party so they don't have to drag everything across and to the parking lot. I'm sure there was a front entrance but we parked on the side and there was a door there where it seemed like everyone was using so maybe that was the front. But parking is minor. My daughter ordered everything she could to eat and drink with her spending money. So while I didn't eat, she seemed to like everything she ate. I didn't bowl and only was in a short while. But bowling alleys can be gross. This...
