Admittedly, I don't bowl often so have little to compare this to. I came here with my kids because they wanted to bowl.
The shoe rentals - are $3. My shoes were a little tattered but otherwise served their purpose.
The ball selection - I was able to find a ball that fit my fingers without ripping them out each time, so a win?
The price was $5/per person/game so $24 for me and my 2 kids for one game (with the shoe rentals)
The clerk was friendly.
The electronic scoring was fine as were the other bowling mechanicals. There were not gate or pin malfunctions and the balls came back just fine.
We started bowling just as they transitioned to their evening party themed ambiance which basically consisted of turning out the lights and turning on the disco lights which for me was cheesy but hey, that's just my opinion. I guess kids will like it. There were a few dated large screen projections which I did not pay too much attention to as they were playing dated music videos but fit the overall ambiance that it was dated and needed an upgrade along with the rest of the facility.
I cannot speak to whether the lanes were properly waxed and maintained because I throw a strait ball. I have seen lanes that were glossier but that may just be because the lights were turned down in favor of the party lights.
The food court was not open but I would not have been ordering ordering anyway.
The facility itself is set back some from the road in a way that you may not even know it is there if you weren't looking for it. There is a sign but it is easy to miss. You pull up to a reasonably sized parking lot and the initial impression is that the building is old and needs a face lift.
I am not against going back but might be inclined to check out other places first to establish a comparison of price and amenities and the...
Read moreAs much as my kids had fun with their dad at bowling alley, they got food poisoning from the food station and not only is my daughters throwing up super sick but so is their father and his pregnant girlfriend! He called to speak to the manager just to let them know that the food caused them all to get super sick and he gets told they pretty much don’t care because it’s a rented space and would not give any information on who is renting the space so they could be called to make sure that this is being taken seriously that their food gave multiple people food poisoning! You would also think the bowling alley themselves being the people allowing the food station to be rented out and put under their names would care more about the fact that they made people sick. It doesn’t just make the food station look bad it makes the whole bowling alley look bad especially when they act like it’s not their problem that they rented this space inside their business that serves all their customers. It’s inside your business and is part of your business rented space or not it is attatched to your name that’s on the building and it should be taken seriously that a bunch of people got food poisoning...
