Orginial Review: I got my watch sized here and the crystal (glass) repaired. I got my watch back and the crystal wasn't put on correctly. I brought it back and they took care of it right away. They are very nice and professional. Would highly recommened.

Edit: I ended up going back a total of 4 times to get the crystal fixed. The 3rd time they gave me an actual receipt showing it had passed the water pressure test. I had to bring it back a 4th time because the whole crystal came off. In one whole piece! They are very friendly and took it right back to fix each time. On the other hand, if i had know it was going to be this much effort /time without my watch (since I only have the one) I would've just bought a new one. I can't say I would go back. It is rated to 330 feet and I'm too scared to even wear it into the shower in fear it still isn't...

Very nice staff and knowledgeable. We learned that real diamonds are loosing value because lab grown diamonds are popular and that's hard to deal with but I believe I have a solution. For future sellers; hold on to your diamonds and try custom options that can repurpose the fine diamond. For me I have decided to create a right hand ring to hold our diamond and one day one of our lovely children will wear it and care for it as we do. Now with that being said since diamonds are decreasing in value it's very much in reach now and open for negotiations when buying seeing as they aren't worth much and the resale value is unacceptable. If you are old school and believe diamonds will make a comeback this may be the season for you but a $32,000 diamond is not worth selling for $10,000 ever but repurposing into something else sounds much more...
