Babes Bubble Waffle & Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Brookfield

I visited Babes last night and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and sweet aroma enveloped me. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help me choose from their extensive menu.

A friend of mine and his family happened to be in there and when I saw his kids faces, I knew I was in for a treat! Their eyes said it all. I had to take pictures of them before they left. (I’m posting their pics. I don’t have any kids that I know of)

I decided to try the Fruity Pebbles bubble waffle filled with strawberry ice cream topped with delicious toppings. It was a perfect blend of flavors, combined with the rich and creamy ice cream—it was heavenly! The presentation was also beautiful, making it almost too pretty to eat. I grabbed a spoon, but ended up eating it like a taco. Needless to say, I devoured it.

What I appreciated most was the variety of options available—there's something for everyone, whether you're a chocolate lover or prefer fruity flavors. I’m convinced it’s a healthy treat because it satisfies some of the important food groups.

Babes is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth I can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious creations! I know for sure my next try will be their Cinnamon...

First time here. Came here after seeing a movie. It's in a strip mall with some other shops. There are inside tables for groups of 4. The walls and decor are bright and cheery. There's a spot towards the back for an instagram shot.

It was around 8:30pm, and there were a few other people there, and they were waiting in line to order. Unfortunately, there was only one person working and he was doing his best to keep up. After a bit of a wait, we were able to order. The employee did a great job of not showing his frustration and getting to everyone as fast as he could.

We ordered a double waffle cone and a Biscoff Bubble Waffle Cone. They were out of the cardboard holder for the Bubble Waffle Cone, so that ended up being made in a plastic to-go box. The Bubble Waffle Cone all get made fresh, and the ice cream sits on top, and it able to get soft from the warm waffle. He did a nice presentation in the to-go container. It was delicious.

Ended up taking more time than it should, but it was very tasty...
