I have never in my life experienced worse customer service. I called this location to place a take out order, was on the phone for ten minutes, the women who I spoke to seemed to be distracted by several things while talking to me, so I repeated the order SEVERAL times, she took my name and told me 20 minutes. Arrive there pretty much exactly 20 minutes later(due to COVID-19 restrictions they bring your orders outside the door for you), so I called to tell them I was there to pick up my order. The same women I spoke to comes out and is basically telling me she never talked to me and didnt take my order, I am 100% I spoke to her on the phone and you could clearly see the phone call made to THIS location on my phone. She then WRITES down my order in front of me( I had asked if I could write down my order for her as she had other customers but she insisted on doing it herself) and tells me 10 minutes. We then not only wait almost an hour for 2 hibachi's and ONE order of sushi, she takes my card before letting me check the food, check the food while shes running the card and she completely messed up the order that she wrote down in front of me and what I repeated several times. She was supposed to send out a manager. Never did. So I called and asked to speak to one, she tells me "theres no manger here, I am in charge, you can talk to me" okay, sure so I politely explain why I am so irritated and literally told her that I've worked in customer service for years so I understand being busy and such but this was just ridiculous. (As she rudely interrupts me) She proceeds to yell at me and tell me "I swear to god I got the order right" and got extremely rude and even was laughing as I asked for her to have a manager please call me back. I had ordered a childrens chicken hibachi and one adult shrimp hibachi(with kani salad substituted for the regular salad), plus the one order of sushi. Got two adult chicken hibachi's instead of what i ordered(both of which were terrible quality and extremely dry, no kani salad(she did correct that and have them make ome after it was pointed out to her) and would not have been so frustrated had she not already messed up several times and then made me wait almost an hour after saying 10 minutes. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service or had someone refuse to put a manger on the phone, especially as I was being very polite about it considering how rude she was. Also would not tell me her name when I asked her for it and asked her to have a manager call me when possible. Will never be ordering from this...

My favorite sushi roll is the Angry Dragon, which perfectly combines the sweetness of fruit with the crispiness of tempura shrimp, topped with a tasty mango sauce. For appetizers, the Crab Rangoon and Gyoza are my go-tos. The Crab Rangoon has a rich, authentic cream cheese flavor, unlike the artificial taste I’ve experienced at some other places. The sauce served with the gyoza is a hit with both my husband and me; we even use it with our sushi!
I’ve visited several times, and the cocktails recommended by the servers have always been great. My favorite is the Lychee Martini. It features lychee, a popular fruit in China that’s juicy and bouncy, and the drink has a unique tropical fruit flavor.
I haven’t tried much of the hibachi menu, but I did enjoy the Hibachi Chicken during their Monday and Tuesday specials. I love how they season their sauces.
The service here is very thoughtful. They provide warm towels for you to clean your hands, and there’s a surprise song and dessert for birthdays (although I haven’t celebrated mine here yet, the dessert looks amazing!). On my last visit, I accidentally left my phone behind, and a server even ran out into the rain to return it to me, which is why I’m able to write this review from my phone.
