I was very excited in trying this Einstein Bagel place, but the Customer service is horrible. If they don’t want to come to work then don’t or just retire. The lady who took our order, Elsa is very rude. She needs to learn how to speak to the customers. She does not know how to greet people. Also, when my order was ready she just slammed my food on the table without any interaction like this is a charity or something. May be because my wife wears scarf because this lady was talking to white folks very friendly and respectfully, and personally handing them their food order. Why cant we just treat people same? I also ordered Iced Carmel macchiato and i got cold brew instead and when i went up to the lady she gave me a side eye and she gave me hot macchiato and added the ice cubes.
Will not be coming back...

I wish you were telling the truth with your obviously canned response. The fact is that I had a conversation with someone who works at Einsteins and was told the truth about why your locations will not reopen for dine in.
So there's that
We LOVE Einstein's! However, this bit about not being open for dine-in has to stop.
I think we all know that it's about profits, and the fact that they make more money not having the dining room open, or having to hire more people - and that's the way they want it to stay.
So many places are using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service and lack of service/s- Einstein's is one.

The lady that was helping them turned away from me and started filling orders. I watched 3 people go through the dryer through. She said nothing to me but was talking to herself as she filled orders. I finally asked, “is this where I order?” She put her hand out, like hold on, and said she will be with me in a bit as she had 4 orders to fill first. What? I’m the only person in line. She couldn’t have taken my order, or at the least even knowledge that I’m standing there? Maybe not act like I’m a huge inconvenience would have been a start. Horrible customer service. ...
